Hi, I'm Kevin Kohler. I'm the founder-director of the AGI Preparedness Institute in Geneva. I am also a fellow of the Roots of Progress Institute, writing Machinocene, a blog on the social, economic, and geopolitical challenges of the AGI transition, and I mentor research fellows at Cambridge ERA:AI. Recently, I have supported the UN negotiations that created the first two global AI governance bodies and the writing and editing of the first report of the UN Scientific Panel on AI.
